Under the Name of Irish Food Coatings we supply a large range of coating systems. There is a coating system to suit every need.

BREADER TYPES


Traditional Crumb: Hard texture,coloured, fine grit and high density suitable for frying and grilling.

Mid- range Crumb: Crunchy texture, coloured and natural of medium density. Suitable for fry and grill and will oven bake on some products.

Japanese Bread Crumb: Light crispy, texture, mixture of fine and coarse particles, low density, natural and toasted. Excellent oven performance. Used on premium products.


BATTER TYPES

Milk Batters: Low viscosity, used to to stick low pick-up of product or fine intermediate breading

Adhesive Batter: Medium to heavy viscosity to stick medium or coarse breading.

Tempura: Medium to heavy viscosity used as outer layer of system

Predust Provide a base for batter, Provide weight, Improve batter pickup. Flavour profiles available.
